One of Jada Pinkett Smith's earliest acting jobs was on the hit sitcom An Alternate World and as indicated by the entertainer and her mother, they have Debbie Allen to thank for getting her the gig.
In Individuals' select glance at the current week's Red Casual conversation, Smith, 51, and mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones think back with Allen, 72, about the famous series. Banfield-Jones, specifically, still recollects the "astounding" sensation of seeing her little girl on the series interestingly. "I recollect the day that she planned to debut on the show. I can recall sitting in the lounge with my family," says Banfield-Jones, 69. "I was so energized. I was so energized for herself and I'll simply always remember. Banfield-Jones then reviews how Smith told her Allen was going to "compose a section" for her on the series. Hence, Banfield-Jones shares with Allen: "We owe everything to you.
